Privacy Policy

This website does not require registration and does not use forms to collect personal information. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the website secure and running. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message.

With authorization from the administrator of the relevant advertising account, we access advertising reporting data for TikTok advertising accounts used by our own TikTok Shop stores. This may include:

• advertising account and campaign identifiers;
• performance metrics such as cost, gross revenue, orders, ROI, impressions and clicks, by date.

Our integration is read-only. It does not create, edit or delete campaigns, and it is not used to access personal profile information of TikTok users.

• to produce internal reports on the sales and advertising performance of our own stores;
• to support operational decisions such as budgeting and product planning;
• to reply to messages you send us.

We do not sell, rent or trade the information described above. We do not share TikTok API data with third parties, except with service providers that host our systems (for example, cloud hosting providers) under their own terms, or where disclosure is required by law.

Data is stored in our cloud environment. Access tokens are stored server-side, are never shown to end users, and access to stored data is limited to authorized members of our team.

We keep advertising reporting data for as long as it is needed for our internal business analysis. An advertising account administrator can revoke our access at any time in TikTok for Business. After access is revoked, we stop collecting new data and delete the related access tokens.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
